Since the inception and brainstorming of ideas to build a new utility for the town of Andrews, ANS principal, Dru Heldman has been involved. We discovered that with the right technology combined with a solid business plan we could do what seemed to be impossible and create a wireless broadband network in the Andrews Valley area. AVI (Andrews Valley Initiative) has been most vital in insuring the projects pursuit over all the hurtles and obstacles that were presented. ANS is now the wireless Network Manager and responsible for its growth, management and operations.
